The Childrenís Collabrium provides training for administrators on various management/administrative topics in our Futures in Management Institutes (FIMIs). Currently we are offering Preparing Your Program for New Opportunities, a one-day session targeted for early care and education center-based programs that are interested in contracting or expanding their programs and/or services, including but not limited to, Preschool for All, in response to the changing economy. This FIMI focuses on assessing whether the organization is ready to take on and manage new projects and/or services successfully by looking at how its organization is currently operating. It offers tools and resources to assist organizations in this assessment and introduces an action plan to help you learn where to start to make the necessary changes.
